Actual shipping cost, including insurance, will be added to your order at the time of shipment. Web orders are subject to review. Any discrepancies will be communicated to you.<\/p>

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Please contact Biosciences for a return authorization number and instructions. This helps prevent delays and enables us to expedite the processing of your return.<\/p>

All materials authorized for return must be packaged and shipped according to government regulations. Products shipped in error by Biosciences will be accepted for full credit. Follow return shipping instructions provided with the RMA. Any freight charges, duties, or fees incurred will be deducted from the refund total.<\/p>

Returns must be made within 30 days of the original shipment. A minimum restocking fee of 25% (or a minimum of 1,200,000 VND) applies to all items returned due to customer error or convenience. Special order or custom-made products are not returnable.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

For all international orders, a documentation fee of 1,200,000 VND is required to cover paperwork and handling. There is an additional minimum order fee of 1,200,000 VND for international shipments under 24,000,000 VND. For shipments over 60,000,000 VND, a filing fee of 240,000 VND will be added. Some product lines may not be available for export due to vendor contracts. Any discrepancies will be communicated to you.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

All products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. We will replace any defective materials at no cost. Products are sold without any implied warranty of fitness for a particular use. In all instances, the liability of Biosciences is limited solely to the replacement of the product or refund of its original purchase price. Under no circumstance shall Biosciences be liable for consequential damages. All special applications of the product should be pre-tested for verification of results.
